摘要 目的为羊耳菊人工栽培提供科学依据。方法采用固定植株跟踪观察的方法对一年生和两年生羊耳菊的实生苗进行观察。结果羊耳菊播种后,在水分充足和温度适宜的条件下,10~15 d即可萌发出苗,随着温度的逐渐升高,羊耳菊进入旺盛生长期、花期和果期。秋末随着温度降低,植株地上部分枯萎、生长停滞。第二年春季气温回升后在枯萎的植株基部产生新的植株。结论羊耳菊生长发育期约270 d,可划分为出苗期,生长期,花期,果期和枯萎期。 Objective To provide scientific basis for the artificial cultivation of I. cappa. Methods The seedlings of the annual and biennial Inula. cappa were observed by using fixed plant tracking and observation. Results In the condition of sufficient water and suitable temperature, the seedlings were germinated from 10 to 15 d, and with the increase of temperature, the vigorous growth period, flowering period and fruiting period of I. cappa were observed. In late autumn, with the decrease of temperature, the shoot was wild and the growth was arrested. At the base of the withered plant would produce new plants in the second year after the spring temperature rise. Conclusion The growth and development period of I. cappa is about 270 d. This period can be divided into emergence period, growth and development period, flowering period, fruiting period and withering period.
