针灸治疗梨状肌综合征临床选穴规律分析研究

Study on the clinical rules for acupoint selection in the treatment of piriformis syndrome with acupuncture

目的通过分析探讨现代文献,总结针灸治疗梨状肌综合征的临床选穴规律。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台和维普数据库1977~2017年收录的针灸治疗梨状肌综合征的期刊文献,建立梨状肌综合征的针灸处方数据库,运用"中医传承辅助平台",分析归纳梨状肌综合征的针灸临床选穴规律。结果通过分析发现,现代医家治疗梨状肌综合征选取的腧穴主要为环跳、阳陵泉、委中、秩边、承扶;选取腧穴所属经脉主要为足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经和足阳明胃经;选取腧穴所在部位主要为下肢部;选取特定穴主要为五输穴、下合穴和八会穴。结论针灸治疗梨状肌综合征的临床效果明显,选穴常以局部取穴和循经取穴为主,重用特定穴。

Objective Through the modern literature, analyze the rules of selecting points in acupuncture treatment of piriformis syndrome. Methods Through retrieved CNKI, Wanfang,and Weipu Database on acupuncture treatment of piriformis syndrome from 1977 to 2017, we established of piriformis syndrome acupuncture prescription database, use Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System software, to analyze the rule selecting points in acupuncture treatment of piriformis syndrome. Results According to analysis Huantiao （ GB30 ）, Yanglingquan （ GB34 ） , Weizhong （ BL40 ）, Zhibian （ BL54 ） , Chengfu （ BL36 ） are the most applied points, which belonging to Pericardium meridian of foot - Pangguang, Foot Yangming stomach and Foot Yangyang gall, Sites of the selected acupoints most belong to lower limb. Specific point category is chosen mainly five shu points, under the joint point and eight confluence point. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of piriformis syndrome clinical effect is obvious, often choose local acupoints and followed by acupoints based, re - use of specific points.
