注塑件与钣金喷涂件及覆膜件耐候变化规律对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了注塑件、钣金喷涂件及覆膜件不同老化时间的耐候变化规律。实验结果表明:HIPS(高抗冲聚苯乙烯)耐候塑料件和钣金喷涂非耐候件、覆膜件色差变化值和变化速率接近,可搭配使用;HIPS耐候塑料件与钣金喷涂耐候件以及钣金粉末喷涂件相比,色差变化值稍大和变化速率稍快;ABS(丙烯腈—丁二烯—苯乙烯共聚物)耐候塑料件与钣金喷涂件和覆膜件相比,色差变化值大,变化速率快,不建议与钣金件搭配使用;无论是注塑件还是钣金件,紫外老化色差变化均为b(黄变)值的改变。 The change rules of weather resistance of the injection molding parts, sheet metal spraying parts and laminating parts under different aging time were investigated. The experimental results show that the color difference change value and the change rate of HIPS (high impact polystyrene) weather resistant plastic parts are close to those of sheet metal spraying non-weather resistant parts and laminating parts, and they can be collocated. Compared with the sheet metal spraying weather resistant parts and the sheet metal powder spraying parts, the color difference change value of HIPS weather resistant plastic parts is slightly larger, and the change rate is slightly faster. Compared with sheet metal spraying parts and the laminating parts, the color difference change value of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer) weather resistant plastic parts is larger, and the change rate is faster, so it is not recommended to collocate with the sheet metal parts. Whether being the injection molding parts or being the sheet metal parts, the color difference changes of ultraviolet aging are all the changes of b (yellowing) value.
