摘要 利用羰基化合物与2, 4–二硝基苯肼(DNPH)反应生成腙的原理,建立了柱前衍生、高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定聚合物多元醇中醛类物质含量的方法。确定样品的衍生条件如下:以磷酸为催化剂,衍生时间为60 min,衍生温度为60℃,绘制了甲醛–DNPH、乙醛–DNPH、丙烯醛–DNPH的外标法校准曲线,找到了分离丙烯醛与丙酮的方法。实验结果表明,该方法具有测定范围广、重复性好、回收率高等优点,是一种测定聚合物多元醇中多种醛类物质含量的有效方法。 Using the principle of forming hydrazones through the reaction between carbonyl compounds and 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine (DNPH), the method for determining the content of aldehydes in the polymer polyols with the pre-column derivation and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established. The confirmed derivative conditions of the samples are as follows: phosphoric acid as catalyst, the derivative time 60 min, the derivative temperature 60 ℃. The external standard calibration curves of formaldehyde-DNPH, acetaldehyde-DNPH and acrolein-DNPH were drawn, and the method for separating acrolein and acetone was found. The experimental results show that said method possesses the advantages of wide determination range, good repeatability and high recovery rate etc. Therefore, it is an effective method for determining the content of various aldehydes in polymer polyols.
