基于低压小流量滴灌的压力流量传感器标定 被引量:2

摘要 SIIC-F/P-P/5-5.0压力流量传感器可以同时测量管道中的压力和流量,是节水农业中一种理想的传感器。为检验传感器测量数据的稳定性和重复性,选用7个相同的传感器进行标定试验,并对不同流量下各传感器测得的压力、流量数据分别进行单因素方差分析。试验结果表明,在显著性水平为5%的条件下,忽略试验过程中偶然误差的影响,各传感器之间无显著差异,经标定后,该传感器的输入与输出数据呈良好的线性关系,适用于低压小流量滴灌。 The SIIC-F/P-P/5-5.0 pressure flow sensor can measure the pressure and flow in the pipe at the same time,which is an ideal sensor for water saving agriculture. In order to test the stability and repeatability of the measurement data by this sensor,seven identical sensors were selected for calibration test,the single-factor variance analysis was performed on the measured pressure and flow data of each sensor under different flow rates. The results showed that: under the condition of 5% significance level,ignoring the effect of accidental errors during the test,there was no significant difference between the sensors. After calibration,the input and output data of the sensor showed a good linear relationship. So the sensor is suitable for low pressure and small flow drip irrigation.
