双组份负温磷酸镁水泥道路快速修补砂浆的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用重烧氧化镁、磷酸二氢铵、硼砂、粉煤灰、石英砂混合形成的固体组份,不同浓度乙二醇溶液为液体组份,在-15℃将双组份拌合,制备双组份MPC道路快速修补砂浆,测试其流动度和强度。结果表明:采用重烧氧化镁,硼砂掺量为12.5%,水灰比为0.17,磷镁摩尔比为1∶4时,制备的MPC综合性能较好。一定浓度的乙二醇溶液可以保证负温条件下MPC修补砂浆的工作性,还可以保证其在负温养护时仍然保持强度增长,使其转入正温养护后,可获得更高的强度;全负温养护条件下,乙二醇浓度为18%时MPC修补砂浆的各龄期强度均较高;负温转正温养护时,乙二醇浓度为15%时MPC修补砂浆的28 d强度最高。 This paper describes the preparation of a two-component MPC road rapid repair mortar by mixing solid component which is uniformly mixed with burned Magnesium Oxide,two ammonium hydrogen phosphate,borax,fly ash,quartz sand,and liquid component formed by different concentration of ethylene glycol solution under -15℃,test its flow degree and intensity. The results show that the comprehensive performance of MPC is ideal when the heavy burned magnesium oxide and borax ratio was 12.5%,the water cement ratio was 0.17,phosphorus and magnesium molar ratio was 1:4. Ethylene glycol solution of certain concentration can ensure the workability of MPC mortar under negative temperature conditions,and also ensure that it remains strength growth during negative temperature curing to make it have higher strength after being transferred to positive temperature curing. Under the condition of full negative temperature curing, the strength of MPC repair mortar at all ages is higher when the concentration of ethylene glycol solution is 18%,and the strength at 28 days of MPC repair mortar is the highest when the concentration of ethylene glycol solution is 15%.
