摘要
研究了不同生产工艺机制砂对混凝土坍落度、扩展度、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗压弹性模量、电通量和碳化性能的影响,结果表明:干法制砂工艺生产的机制砂配制的混凝土工作性、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗压弹性模量及抗碳化性能均优于普通工艺机制砂配制的混凝土;在工作性相差不大的情况下,干法制砂机制砂可以节约减水剂用量;不同生产工艺生产的机制砂对混凝土电通量的影响相差不大。
The influence of manufactured sand on concrete performance was studied through slump,expansion,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,compressive elastic modulus,electrical flux and carbonization property. The results show that the workability,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,compressive elastic modulus and carbonization property of the concrete prepared by the dry method manufactured sand was better than that of the ordinary process manufactured sand,the dry method manufactured sand could save the amount of water reducing agent in the case of little difference in the workability. The effect of different process mechanism sand on the electric flux of concrete was little.
