摘要
通过前期研究,制备了一种含氨基基团的两性型聚羧酸减水剂(MAALPC),测试了MAALPC对水泥水化速率的影响和抗泥性能。结果表明,MAALPC可推迟水泥水化速率峰值到来的时间,并具有较好的抗泥性能。通过紫外-可见分光光度和红外光谱分析,探讨了其对早期水泥水化的影响。
A type of amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer with amino group (MAALPC) has been prepared on the basis of earlier stage research. The effect of MAALPC on cement hydration rate and the anti-clay performance were tested. The resuhs show that MAALPC can put off the arrival time of the peak cement hydration rate and have good anti-clay performance. The influence of MAALPC on early cement hydration was discussed by the use of ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer and infrared spectrum.
