摘要
采用4-羟丁基乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(VPEG)为大单体,自由基溶液聚合合成了一种高适应型聚羧酸系减水剂(PCE-HA),通过红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对聚合物进行了结构表征,用混凝土性能测试考察其对掺量、温度、用水量及含泥量变化的敏感性。结果显示,高适应型聚羧酸减水剂(PCE-HA)与标准型聚羧酸减水剂(PCE-S)相比,其对掺量、温度、用水量及含泥量较不敏感,适应性更好。
The highly adaptable polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE-HA) was synthesized by free radical solution palymerization with 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl polyoxyethylene ether (VPEG) as The polymer was characterized by infrared spectroseopy (FTIR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and the adaptive performance of dosage, temperature,water and mud content changes was tested by concrete experiment. The results showed that,compared with standard polycarboxylate superplastieizer (PCE-S), the highly adaptable polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE-HA) was less insensitive to dosage,temperature,water consumption and mud content changes,having better adaptability.
