水性木器涂料在木塑复合基材上的应用及性能评价

摘要 研究了不同类型水性木器涂料在不同木塑型材表面的涂饰性能。测试了在基材表面的附着力,涂饰后的耐水性、耐磨性、抗菌性及耐老化性的改善情况。结果表明,所测试水性双组分涂料相比其他水性涂料在不同木塑基材表面有更好的附着力,同时赋予基材耐水、耐磨、抗菌及耐老化保护;基材打磨后可提高漆膜的附着力。 Based on different wood plastic component substrate,the performance of different types of water-borne wood coatings were discussed. Various coating film performance,i.e, adhesion,water resistance,abrasion,antibacterial and weatherability were tested. Test results showed that the waterborne two-component coating had better adhesion on different wood plastic substrate surface compared with other coatings,and had better water resistant,abrasion resistant,antibacterial and weatherability. The polished surface has better adhesion.
