摘要
以石英、钾长石、钠长石、方解石、滑石、氧化锌、高岭土、氧化铝粉等为原料,研究了CaO含量对钙亚光釉光泽度、耐磨性的影响。采用XRD、SEM、耐磨仪、光泽度仪对釉面进行测试与表征。结果表明:在烧成温度为1170℃,烧成周期为60 min的烧成制度下,随着CaO含量的增加,釉面的光泽度逐渐降低,耐磨性能逐渐提高;当CaO含量为9.26%时,釉面光滑,手感细腻,光泽度为25°,光感柔和舒适。
The effects of CaO content on the glossiness and wear resistance of calcium matte glaze were studied by using quartz, potassium feldspar, albite, calcite, talc, zinc oxide, kaolin and alumina powder as raw materials. The glaze was tested and characterized by XRD,SEM,wear tester and gloss tester. The results show that the sintering temperature is 1170℃,the firing cycle of firing system is 60 min,with the increase of CaO content,the glaze gloss decreased,wear resistance increased,when the content of CaO is 9.26%,glazed smooth,delicate texture,luster is 25°,the light is soft and comfortable.
