摘要
影响林业企业发展的主要因素有人才、资源、投资和资源利用效率等,其中人才是关键。应采取以下措施:创新林业企业人才开发方式,开展针对性培训,不断充实知识、提高能力,充分挖掘人才的潜能,拓宽人才招聘渠道,优化队伍结构,引导人才合理流动,实现科学配置。努力提升林业企业人才队伍整体效能,推动林业企业可持续发展,为林业现代化建设提供强有力的人才支撑和智力保障。
The main factors that affecting the development of forestry enterprises are talents, resources, investment and efficiency of resource utilization, among which talent is the key. Above all, we are supposed to make innovations in the development of talents in forestry enterprises, to carry out targeted training, continuously enrich knowledge and enhance abilities, fully tap the potential of talents. Following this, it is needed to broaden the talents recruitment channels and optimize the structure team. Furthermore, to guide the rational flow of talents and achieve scientific al- location. Last but not least, efforts should be made to improve the overall effectiveness of the forestry talents team of forestry enterprises, to promote the sustainable development of forestry enterprises so as to provide a strong talent support and intellectual support for forestry modernization.
