摘要
以陕西高职为例,通过调查问卷的方式研究高职学生的学习动机现状,从内部动机和外部动机两个维度入手,分析学习动机在学生人口学变量、专业、年级、招生方式等方面的现状及差异性,对差异性结果进行探讨并提出提升高职学生学习动机的建议。
Taking Shaanxi higher vocational colleges as an example, this paper studies the status of the students'learning motivation in higher vocational coUeges by the questionnaire and then analyzes the status and differences of learning motivation from the students'demographic variables, majors, grades, enrollment methods and so on from two dimensions of internal motivation and external motivation, and finally the difference results are deeply discussed and suggestions to improve learning motivation are proposed as well.
