摘要
主要从工作内容不被重视、考核激励制度不够完善、薪酬福利水平较低、培训与晋升制度不健全等方面对高职院校行政管理人员的职业倦怠问题进行了分析,然后有针对性地提出了干预对策,同时也指出了行政管理人员对职业倦怠问题的正确处理方式,以期能够进一步消除高职院校行政管理人员的职业倦怠,保证教育质量。
The job burnout of administrators in higher vocational colleges is mainly analyzed from the aspects of the dis considering one's work ,the imperfect incentive system, the lower salary and welfare and the unsound system of training and promotion, and then the intervention countermeasures are put forward, the correct ways to deal with the burnout are finally pointed out in the paper, which is to further eliminate the job burnout of administrators in higher vocational colleges so as to ensure the quality of education.
