创新人才培养模式下的高职会计教学改革

On Accounting Teaching Reform under the Training Mode of Innovative Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

创新是发展动力，社会急需创新人才，会计行业也不例外。以完善会计教学现状为目的，从会计行业人才的供求现状入手，针对当前高职院校会计教学中的主要问题提出了行之有效的改革措施，包括明确教学目标、创新会计电子实验室等，做到理论与实践教学并重，培养社会需要的会计人才。

Innovation is is the accounting industry. In effective reform measures for the driving force for development, the society is in urgent need of innovative talents, so order to improve the current situation of accounting teaching, this paper puts forward the main problems in current accounting teaching in higher vocational colleges, which covers well - defining teaching objectives, innovating accounting electronic laboratories together with paying equal attention to theoretical and practical teaching for cultivating accounting talents needed by the society.
