“一带一路”背景下高职国际物流人才培养模式创新浅析

On Innovation of Talent Training Mode in International Logistics in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of ＂One Belt, One Road ＂

研究了当前形势下国际物流人才培养中存在的问题和国际物流人才培养的发展方向，从多个方面入手，针对“一带一路”的发展背景提出了国际物流人才培养的新方法，为跨境物流业提供人才支撑，提升本专业在高职院校中的竞争力。

The existing problems in the training of international logistics talents and the developing direction of international logistics talents training are studied in the paper under the current situation. Some new methods of training international logistics talents are put forward under the background of ＂One Belt, One Road ＂ from many aspects, which not only increases the support for the cross -border logistics industry but enhance the competitiveness of the logistics major in higher vocational colleges.
