基于校企深度合作的《仓储管理》课程教学研究探索

On Warehousing Management Course Teaching Based on Deep Cooperation Between School and Enterprise

仓储管理是物流管理专业一门实践性强的核心课程，通过教学改革提升教学效果能够有效缓解物流人才的供需矛盾。根据现代经济社会中物流企业对校企合作的需求动力不足的问题，结合仓储管理课程的特点，提出了校企深度合作新方向和新建议以及仓储管理课程教学研究的若干思路和具体建议。

Warehousing management is an important practical core course for logistics management major. In order to effectively relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of logistics talents, ICs necessary to make teaching reform to improve teaching effect. According to the problems in insufficient demands of logistics enterprises for school- enterprise cooperation in modem economic society, combined with the characteristics of warehousing management course, this paper puts forward new directions and suggestions for deep cooperation between school and enterprise, as well as some ideas and specific advice for teaching research of the warehousing management course.
