高职《文明服务与礼仪》翻转课堂教学模式研究

On the Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode of the Course-- ＂Civilized Service and Etiquette＂ in Higher Vocational Colleges

作为一种基于信息技术的新型教育模式，翻转课堂已成为教育界普遍关注的教学模式，以《文明服务与礼仪》课程为例，将翻转课堂的教学理念植入该课程教学模式改革中，在分析《文明服务与礼仪》教学现状的基础上，阐述翻转课堂的教学理念，以此探讨高职院校翻转课堂教学模式的具体实施策略。

As a new educarion model based on information technology, the flipped classroom has become a popular teaching mode in the education field. Taking the course of ＂civilized Service and Etiquette＂ as an example, the teaching ideas of the flipped classroom is suggested to implanting in the teaching mode reform in the course, and then the teaching ideas and the implementing strategy of the flipped classroom teaching mode are expounded in higher vocational colleges on the basis of the analysis of the present teaching situation of the course in this paper.
