内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗直肠黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤一例
摘要
患者女，55岁，因反复排黏液血便1个月余就诊，便中带黏液及少量鲜血，大便次数也较前增多。在外院行肠镜检查提示直肠新生物，病理为炎性坏死组织中黏膜腺体无异型，散在淋巴细胞成分，见个别核分裂像，淋巴系统病变不能排除。
