Difficulty and Countermeasure of Infection Control of Field Medical Team Operation Vehicle or Shelter

目的梳理野战医疗队手术车或方舱感染控制的难点,提出应对措施,为下一步训练方案制定提供参考。方法对演训中手术流程展开后的感染风险因素进行回顾性分析。结果目前野战条件下,手术车或方舱的手术功能分区尚存在诸多不合理因素,医疗人员临时抽组、人装结合度不高、野战手术操作规范标准模糊不清等成为野战手术展开的感染控制难点。结论针对手术车或方舱展开后的感染控制难点,可通过合理设计手术分区,强化改进手术间的管理方法,加强人装结合训练等进行预防控制,同时建议建立野战条件下的规范化工作标准和监督考核机制并不断完善,以提高训练效果和救治质量。

Objective To analyze the difficulty of infection control of field medical team operation vehicle or shelter,and propose coping measures as reference for the next training program.Methods The infection risks which were taken place after carrying out the surgical procedure in the manoeuvre were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were still many unreasonable factors of the operative functional zoning for vehicle or shelter in field conditions at present,and medical personnel were assembled provisionally,the combination degree between personnel and equipment were poor,the field operation specifications were blurred,these were all the difficulty of infection control in the field operation.Conclusion For the difficulty of infection control after carrying out the operation in vehicle or shelter,it is necessary to design the surgery partition reasonably,improve management methods for operation room,strengthen combination degree between personnel and equipment.Meanwhile,standardize the work standards,supervision and assessment mechanism of field operation,in order to improve the training effect and treatment quality.
