卓越法律人才教育培养计划实施中成果导向教育理念的应用

Application of Outcome-based Education in Training Mechanism of Excellent Legal Talents

通过文献回顾提出卓越法律人才教育培养计划应围绕成果导向教育理念展开实施。成果导向教育理念要求法学人才培养应以明确法科人才学习成果为起点,反向设计核心能力及能力指标,重新建构法学课程体系框架。成果导向教育理念在卓越法律人才教育培养计划实施中应重点廓清卓越法律人才内涵与法科人才培养目标定位、理论与实践教学环节安排以及卓越法律人才培养质量标准等三大问题。在此基础上,提出基于成果导向理念的法律人才培养质量标准的宏观框架设计。

Based on the literature review, the author puts forward that the training mechanism of excellent legal talents should be carried out around the idea of outcome-based education. The framework of the law curriculum system is reconstructed through the reverse design of the core competence and ability indicators, and the teachers are instructed to design the curriculum and prepare the teaching documents. Outcome-based education in excellent legal talent training plan should focus on the clearance of outstanding legal talent connotation and law personnel training target, the theory and practice of teaching arrangements, and excellent legal talent training quality standards of the three major problems. On this basis, the paper puts forward the macro frame design of the quality standard of legal personnel training based on the outcome-based education.
