摘要
学位授权评估是保证和提升研究生培养质量的重要手段,对学位授权点建立科学、有效、完备的人才培养体系有指向性意义。从学位授权评估指标体系的视角思考法律硕士培养机制的优化路径,要点包括深刻理解培养定位,适度区分两类法律硕士的培养路径,准确领会特色创新,落实和实施好"双导师制",改进课程教学,强化实践教学,实行多元考核形式,学位论文的实践型表达、加强职业伦理教育和健全质量监控体系等。
The evaluation of degree authorization is an important means to guarantee and improve the quality of graduate education. It is instructive to establish scientific, effective and complete talent training system for degree authorization. From the perspective of the evaluation system of degree authorization to consider the optimization path of the training mechanism of the master of law, it includes the deep understanding of cultivating the positioning, moderately distinguishing the training path of the two kinds of master of law, accurately comprehending the characteristics of innovation,implementing and implementing the " double tutor system " Curriculum teaching, strengthening the practice of teaching, implementing multiple forms of assessment, the practical expression of degree thesis, and improving the professional ethics education and improve the quality control system.
