利用核磁共振技术研究热处理中密度纤维板的吸水性

摘要 基于时域核磁共振技术,对3个热处理温度(120、170和220℃)下MDF(中密度纤维板)的吸水性进行了研究,并利用X射线衍射技术,辅助揭示不同样品吸水性差异的机理。结果表明,170℃处理MDF吸水过程中吸水率、自由水和结合水含量最低;220℃热处理MDF的纤维素结晶区被破坏,原有的空隙结构被改变,吸水率、自由水和结合水含量最高。 In this study, water absorption of MDF (medium density fiberboard) treated with high temperatures (120℃, 170℃ and 220℃) was studied using the time-domain nuclear magnetic resonance technique. The x-ray diffraction technique was used to reveal the effect mechanism of heat-treatment on the water absorption, and the results showed that the contents of free water and bound water of MDF treated at 170℃ were the lowest, which meant 170℃ was the ideal heat-temperature in this experiment. In addition, the crystal and pore structures of MDF treated at 220℃ were changed, and their contents of free water and bound water were the highest.
