摘要
茶树精油经济价值颇高,且对储粮害虫具有显著的熏蒸作用效果。为了给茶树精油开发利用的安全性提供理论依据,分别选取无特定病原体(SPF)健康大鼠、家兔和豚鼠,测定经口、经皮、皮肤刺激以及眼刺激等试验。在试验条件下,茶树精油对SD大鼠急性经口、经皮毒性属于低毒性,急性吸入属于微毒性;对家兔眼属轻度至中度刺激性,但冲洗4 s无刺激性;对豚鼠有一定的致敏。结果显示,茶树精油因其良好的安全性可作为储粮害虫熏蒸剂生产使用。
Tea tree oil has high economic value and ma.y provide environmentally friendly alternatives to currently used pest control agents. In order to make it clear whether the application of essential oil of tea is safe in managing stored-product rats, rabbits, and guinea pigs, six acute toxicity tests, including oral, dermal, inhalation, skin irritation, eye irritation and skin allergy were used for toxicity evaluation. Results showed that tea tree oil had low toxicity on SD rats in both stomach and skin toxicity experiments, slightly inhalation toxic to rats, and mild to moderate irritation for skin and eye in rabbits, but no irritation with 4s washing. The skin hypersensitivity reaction showed obvious erythema and edema induced by tea tree oil and positive control, indicating strong sensitizing effect. In conclusion, tea tree oil has a certain security and the potential for development into natural fumigants for controlling stored-product insects.
