Policy Design and Development Prospect of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities since Reform and Opening Up

改革开放以来,思想政治教育政策设计主要经历了调整恢复、加强改进、深化改革和创新发展阶段。回顾改革开放以来思想政治教育政策设计的发展历程,其经验主要表现为政策设计兼顾学理构建、致力于解决现实问题、充分考虑阶段性发展需求、深刻把握学科发展的历史衔接问题。新时代思想政治教育政策设计要立足中国发展实际、树立开放的视野格局,这不仅是实现思想政治教育内涵式发展的关键,同时也是思想政治教育理论研究不断深化、学科持续发展、实践稳步推进的重要保证。

Since reform and opening up, the policy design of ideological and political education has mainly gone through the stages of adjustment and recovery, strengthening improvement, deepening reform,innovative development. Reviewing the development process of the policy design since reform and opening up, its experience is mainly manifested in the following aspects： policy design gives consideration to the construction of academic theory, devotes to solving practical problems, fully considers the needs of stage development, and profoundly grasps the historical connection of subject development. The policy design of ideological and political education in the new era should be based on the reality of Chinese development and establish an open vision pattern, which is not only the key to the connotative development of ideological and political education, but also an important guarantee for the further research, the sustainable development and the steady progress of ideological and political education.
