创业型大学学术平台建设的现状、经验与路径

创业型大学的学术平台建设,是一个包括学术生产、学术管理、学术成果转化三大平台建设在内的系统工程。当前,我国创业型大学的学术平台建设既没有体现出学术创业功能的组织特性,亦未能理顺三大平台之间的逻辑关系。在吸收西方创业型大学平台建设经验的基础上,我国创业型大学还需要有针对性地开展三大平台建设,以便帮助教师从传统型转向创业型。在学术生产平台上,全面激活创业型大学的学术心脏地带;在学术管理平台上,全面提升创业型大学服务教师的能力;在学术成果转化平台上,重点谋划创业型大学的优势学科基地。

The academic platform construction in entrepreneurial university is a system engineering including academic production and research management and Science Park. Currently, the academic platform construction of entrepreneurial university in our country neither gives expression to the organizational characteristics of academic entrepreneurship function, nor disentangles the logical relationship of the three platforms. On the basis of absorbing western experience, entrepreneurial universities in our country should carry out the platform construction pointedly in order to realize teacher transformation from traditional to entrepreneurial. On the academic production platform, we should activate the academic heart of entrepreneurial university in the round, and improve the ability of entrepreneurial universities service teachers in across-the board on the research management platform. On the science park platform, planning the preponderant discipline base is the key point.
