应对少数民族思想政治教育中超限效应的建议——以凉山州越西县初中生为例

摘要 十九大报告指出。推动城乡义务教育一体化发展,要高度重视农村义务教育,而思想政治教育是义务教育中重要的一环。就凉山州教育事业而言,绝大部分区域属于少数民族地区,在思想教育过程中,如果教育者不注意民族风俗文化,学生社会认知程度和教育风格的影响,容易让初中生产生抵触心理,或厌学情绪,心理学上称之为超限效应.最终可能导致其中途辍学。行为主义心理学派指出,超限效应也应用于思想政治教育工作之中。因此,在少数民族思想政治教育中,应对超限效应是非常有必要的。 The 19th people's congress report points out that to promote the development of education's integration between urban and rural areas, paying high attention to countryside's compulsory education, and the ideological and political education is the most important part of it. As far as Liangshan's education concerned, most of regions belong to national minority areas. Ignoring the influence of minority's custom and culture, social cognition and education style in the process of the ideological and political education, defensive mechanisms or learning-weariness will automatically come up. This is called the Transfinite Effect in psychology. And this may make them drop out eventually. The Behavioristic Psychology believes that the Transfinite Effect should be applied to the ideological and political education. Therefore, it is very necessary in the minority areas" ideological and political education.
