基于工作负荷和工作经验系数的岗位数量确定方法——以某企业研发中心下属部门为例

摘要 根据工作经验,将员工分为新手、一般员工和专家三个等级,设定相应的工作经验系数。在职员工本财年的工作经验系数可以通过“本财年原定标准工作量”和“本财年实际工作负荷”的比值得到校准.据此调整下一财年该在职员工的工作量。根据部门计划的下一财年的标准工作总量和工作经验系数可以确定下一财年所需新手、一般员工和专家的岗位数量组合,为人力资源管理部门考核员工以及人才招聘提供依据。 According to the working experience, the staff is divided into three grades which are newcomer, general staff and experts. Working experience coefficient is set according to the three grades. The working experience coefficient of employees for the fiscal year can be determined through dividing "scheduled standard workload in the fiscal year" by "actual workload in the fiscal year". Then the vcorkload of the employees in the next fiscal year can he adjusted. According to the annum standard workload for the department and working experience coefficient, the amount of the newcomer, general staff and experts can be determined for the next fiscal year, providing the evidences to the department of human resources management for assessment and recruitment of employees.
