摘要 随着人工智能技术的不断发展,以大数据为支撑兼具强大计算能力和学习能力的人工智能技术已用于解决复杂的医学问题。在消化内科领域,计算机辅助检查和计算机辅助诊断技术将有望改变传统的内镜检查模式。此外,人工智能技术还能用于分析影像学、血清学和组织学检查结果,辅助医师对肝病、胰腺疾病等作出诊断和预后判断,为临床决策提供参考。本文就人工智能技术在消化系统疾病诊治中的应用和展望作一综述。 With the development of artificial intelligence, this technology supported by big data has powerful computing and learning capabilities, which make it possible to solve complex medical problems. In the field of gastroenterology, computer-aided detection and computer-aided diagnosis have the potential to revolutionize endoscopy. In addition, artificial intelligence can also be used to analyze the results of imaging, serological and histological examination for assisting physicians in the diagnosis and predicting of prognosis of diseases such as liver disease and pancreatic disease, and providing a reference for clinical decision-making. This article reviewed the application and prospects of artificial intelligence in diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases.
