早期胃癌的内镜下治疗进展

Advances in Endoscopic Treatment of Early Gastric Cancer

胃癌是一种具有高发病率和死亡率的疾病,但早期胃癌治疗后的5年生存率可高达90%以上,因此早诊断、早治疗尤为重要。目前,对于部分早期胃癌,内镜下切除术已得到广泛应用,其中以内镜下黏膜切除术和内镜黏膜下剥离术最为常用。近年来,内镜下治疗的相关观念、设备以及术式等不断革新和发展。本文就早期胃癌的内镜下治疗进展作一综述。

Gastric cancer is a disease with high morbidity and mortality, the 5-year survival rate can be up to 90% if treatment could be performed in early stage. Thus, early diagnosis and treatment are important. Currently, the endoscopic treatment has been widely used for early gastric cancer, especially endoscopic mucosal resection and endoscopic submucosal dissection. Meanwhile, the discussion of conceptions, the innovation of instruments and the exploration of new procedures are in progress in recent years. This article reviewed the advances in study on endoscopic treatment of early gastric cancer.
