摘要
以深圳市轨道交通10号线首次在孖岭站至雅宝站施工使用的双护盾TBM为研究对象。分析了双护盾TBM主推进液压系统的模型原理,推算出主推进液压控制系统的传递函数,并对该系统关键阀组和缸体进行了AMESim仿真建模,研究了主推进液压系统速度、压力、流量的动态特性关系,加强了双护盾TBM这种大型装备的主推进液压系统的动态特性理解,通过该研究可以为双护盾TBM液压系统优化改进提供参考。
The double shield TBM used in the construction of Shenzhen rail transit line 10 for the first time at Ling Ling Station to yaBao stationis taken as the research object. The model principle of the dual shield TBM main propulsion hydraulic system is analyzed, the transfer functionof the main propulsion hydraulic control system is calculated, and the sinmlation modeling of the key valve group and the cylinder body iscarried out by AMESim. The dynanfie characteristics of the speed, pressure and flow of the main propulsion hydraulic system are studied, andthe large equipment of the double shield TBM is strengthened. The understanding of the dynanfie characteristics of the main propulsionhydraulic system can provide a reference for the optinfization and improvenlent of the dual shield TBM hydraulic system.
