基于低功耗节能技术的液压位置闭环控制系统试验研究及应用浅析 被引量:12

摘要 针对液压位置闭环控制系统通常采用伺服阀或者比例阀的控制现状,该文创新性地提出了基于两边可变液阻的快速开关液压桥路控制策略,结合连铸轻压下工艺开发了基于低功耗节能技术的液压位置闭环控制系统用于连铸扇形段远程辊缝控制环节中,并对该原理进行了试验研究。通过现场的使用,证明该控制系统具有显著的低功耗特性,节能效果明显,电气控制方式简单、故障率低以及现场易维修等优点。 In view of the control status of the servo valve or proportional valve in the closed-loop control system for hydraulic position, a fastswitch hydraulic bridge control strategy based on the variable liquid resistance is innovatively proposed in this paper. The closed-loop controlsystem of the hydraulic position based on the low power consumption and energy saving technology is developed for the segmentroller gapadjustment in continuous casting. The principle of roll gap adjustment is studied. Through the field application, it is proved that the controlsystem has obvious low power consumption characteristics, obvious energy saving effect, simple electrical control mode, low failure rate andeasy maintenance.
