摘要
重水供应系统为装卸料机提供重水,用于装卸料机机头的冷却和加压,同时操作装卸料机水力回路,而重水泵是整个系统的动力来源。国内某重水堆核电厂运行过程中因重水泵泵体内的重水混入曲轴箱,使得润滑油乳化,导致重水泵不可用,换料系统功能丧失。结合重水泵的工作原理,详细分析了重水泵曲轴箱润滑油乳化的机理、危害及其处理方法,针对泄漏收集管线逆止阀堵塞、辅盘根压盖从主盘根压盖中脱落、密封胶失效等造成曲轴箱乳化的问题,提出了优化、改进方案,符合长周期安全运行和减少电厂运行中重水损失的要求。
The Fuelling Machine (F/M) heavy water (D20) supply system provides F/M D20 with heavy water at the necessary pressure andtemperature to operate the F/M head water hydraulic control and process circuits. The F/M D20 supply system also receives return flow fromthe F/M head D20 systems, and the heavy water pump is the power source of the whole system. According to the operation of power plantbecause of heavy water in the heavy water pump was mixed into the crankcase in China, which makes the lubricating oil emulsification, whichresults in the loss of the heavy water pump and the function of the system. Combining with the working principle of the heavy water pump, themechanism, hazards and treatment methods of lubricating oil emulsification of heavy pump crankcase are analyzed in detail, in view of theproblem of crankcase emulsification caused by the leakage collection pipeline reverse valve plugging, auxiliary packing pressure cover fallingfrom the main packing and sealing failure, etc. , the optimization and improvement scheme is proposed, in line with the requirements of longcycle safe operation and reduction of heavy water loss in power plant operation.
