摘要 该文介绍一种低温钻机的布局、加热及保温系统的设计及保温和密封材料选择方法,并提出了低温环境下钻探开发工作的保温措施,并提出在低温环境下钻探开发工作的保温措施。同时指出了如何合理布局钻机、设计加热及保温系统,保证低温钻机在极地气温(-60℃~-20℃)下正常运转并满足钻井工艺要求的办法,也指出了为钻井人员提供一个相对舒适的工作环境的具体措施。 Based on the optimized layout, design of heating and preservation system, and selection method of heating and sealing material, themeasures of heating preservation during drilling operation in low temperature environment was provided. The method of designing rig layout andheating and preservation system was proposed to assure the rig being operated normally in the polar temperature ( - 60℃ - 20℃ ) to meetthe drilling technology requirements. Specific measures of providing a relatively eonffortable working environment for drilling personnel was alsopresented.
