轮边支撑轴密封结构的优化设计

摘要 针对目前轮边支撑轴密封结构存在的通用性差、制造成本高、加工难度大、拆装不便、维护困难等问题,本文提出一种新型轮边支撑轴密封结构,通过对结构特征和装配工艺性上的优化设计,使其易拆装,有效提高其产品通用性,并降低制造和维护成本,以及加工难度。 In view of the problems of poor versatility, high manufacturing cost, high processing difficulty, inconvenient disassembly andassembly, and difficult maintenance of the wheel support shaft seal structure, this paper proposes a new type of wheel support shaft sealstructure, through structural features and assembly processability. The optimized design makes it easy to disassemble, which effectivelyimproves the versatility of its products, reduces manufacturing and maintenance costs, and makes processing difficult.
