碳税与补贴政策下三级供应链的减排合作研究 被引量:16

摘要 一直以来运输排放都是造成雾霾天气的主要原因,本文针对运输排放将运输商纳入到零售商、制造商二级供应链,研究了在政府碳税和补贴政策下三级供应链在不同领域合作中的减排问题。研究表明,碳税与补贴政策下供应链在定价、减排领域同时合作时各企业的减排量最大,提高补贴可以提高各企业减排量并且随着合作深入,减排量的提升程度也会越大;而提高碳税会降低企业减排量,但是降低程度会逐渐减小。最后结合我国减排实际本文给出了企业减排与政策制定方面的相关建议。 Transport emissions have always been the main cause of haze weather. This paper studies the emission reduc- tion of three-echelon supply chain under the government carbon tax and subsidy policy in different fields. The results show that under the policy of carbon tax and subsidy, when the supply chain cooperates in both fields of pricing and emission reduction, the enterprises could have the largest emission reduction. Increasing subsidies can increase enterprise emissions reduction, and with the deepening of cooperation, the increasing degree in emissions reduction will be greater; and raising carbon tax will reduce enterprise emission reduction, but the degree of reduction will gradually decrease. Finally, combined with the reality of China' s carbon emission reduction, this paper gives some suggestions on enterprise emission reduction and policy constitution.
