摘要
当前高等教育蓬勃发展、成果卓著,但大学生职业素养现状堪忧。而徽商精神中的职业道德、敬业精神等对于培养和提升大学生职业素养具有重要的借鉴意义。高校应该营造徽商精神的浓郁氛围,企业必须狠抓徽商精神的落实,同时师生应创造弘扬徽商精神的条件和实践途径,从而提升大学生的职业素养。
Great achievements have been made in current higher education,however college students ＇ professional quality is worrying. The spirit of Hui-merchants, such as professional dedication, cooperation consciousness, is of great significance to the cultivation and improvement of college students＇ professional qualities. So the spirit of Hui-Merchants should be conducted both in colleges and enterprises. Meanwhile, teachers and students should create preconditions and practical ways to carry forward the spirit of Hui-merchants, so as to improve the professional quality of college students.
