Reflections on the Whole Process of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities

立足于解决高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题,实现高校党委承担主体责任、加强思想政治工作队伍建设、发挥课堂教学的主渠道作用的多方面配合,将思想政治工作贯穿于高校教育教学全过程。

Colleges and universities should think about three tundamental questions： what kind of people they cultivate, how and tbr whom. This paper proposes that the university should adopt the cooperation of the party committee to assume the main responsibility, strengthen the construction of the ideological and political work team, and give play to the main channel tunction of classroom teaching. The ideological and political work should run through the whole process of education teaching in the university.
