12例阵发性交感神经过度兴奋患者的治疗体会

Experience in The treatment of 12 Patients with Paroxysmal Sympathetic Over-Excitation

目的:分析12例阵发性交感神经过度兴奋(PSH)患者的临床特点,观察几种常用药物对PSH疗效。方法:回顾分析12例PSH患者的年龄、性别、病因、病程、临床表现、辅助检查,分别给予咪唑安定、氯硝安定、普萘洛尔、加巴喷丁后观察疗效。结果:氯硝安定联合普萘洛尔能有效缓解大部分PSH;加巴喷丁对于上述方法无效的患者仍能减少发作; 3例患者使用上述药物仍发作频繁改予咪唑安定后控制; 1例患者使用咪唑安定仍不能控制,最终死亡。结论:合理选择使用咪唑安定、氯硝安定、普萘洛尔、加巴喷丁能有效控制大部分PSH发作。

[Objective] To analyze the clinical features of 12 patients with paroxysmal sympathetic hyperactivity（ PSH）and observe the response of PSH to several commonly used drug. [Method]We retrospectively analyzed the age,gender,cause,course of disease,clinical manifestations,and auxiliary examination of 12 patients w ith PSH. The efficacy w as observed after administration of midazolam,clonazepam,propranolol and gabapentin. [Result]3 patients still suffered frequent attacks after treated w ith above drugs,w hich w as controlled after the modification of midazolam. One patient died after using imidazolam. [Conclusion] Selection of suitable drugs can relive most of PSH.
