The construction of a ＂double-type＂teacher team that conforms to the application-oriented private colleges is necessary for both the growth of students and the development of schools. Combining the human resources management major,the construction of the ＂double-type＂teacher team from the perspective of collaborative education was analyzed,hoping to provide assistance for the construction and improvement of the application-oriented private college teachers.
