摘要
"机械设计基础"是我院针对多个专业开设的专业基础课程。本课程将理论力学、材料力学、机械原理、机械零件等课程的主要内容进行优化组合,重点讲授构件的受力分析、常用机构、通用零件的结构、典型传动形式的设计理论和计算方法等多项内容,具有较强的理论性和实践性。针对学生在教学过程中表现出的学习兴趣缺乏、课堂参与度低、设计理论和计算方法较难掌握、学习成果难以直观呈现等诸多问题,提出将基于UG软件建模的3D打印技术引入课堂,并已进行初步尝试。实践证明,此教改方法切实可行且效果较好。
"Mechanical design basis"is a professional basic course for many specialties. This course will optimize the main contents of theoretical mechanics,material mechanics,mechanical principles,mechanical parts and other courses,focusing on the force analysis of components,commonly used mechanisms,the structure of general parts,typical transmission form design theory and calculation methods,etc. In view of students' lack of interest in learning,low participation in class,and difficult to grasp the design theory and calculation methods,this paper proposes to introduce3 D printing technology based on UG software modeling into the classroom. Practice has proved that this teaching reform method is feasible and effective.
