Reflections on English teaching in higher vocational colleges

英语是学生学习阶段的主要学习课程之一,高职高专教师在进行英语教学时,应丰富英语教学策略,使高职高专学生英语水平有一定的提高。从英语教学实际出发,围绕高职高专英语教学若干问题进行探析思考。

English is the official language as mother tongue on the international stage, and is widely used in international communication. At the same time,English also plays an important role in the world. In the process of modern student education,English is one of the main learning courses for students at the learning stage. Therefore,teachers of higher vocational colleges should enrich their English teaching strategies so as to improve students＇ English proficiency. In this paper,starting from the reality of English teaching,focusing on vocational college English teaching,a number of issues were explored.
