摘要
高校教学管理工作的改革与创新应着眼于建设符合中国特色社会主义的高校教学管理模式,并结合高校自身发展特色,制定人性化、科学化的教学管理模式,真正服务于教育教学和人才培养。
The reform and innovation of teaching management in colleges and universities should focus on building a teaching management model for colleges and universities that conforms to socialism with Chinese characteristics,and combine with the development characteristics of colleges and universities to formulate a humanized and scientific teaching management model to truly serve education and talents.
