农业科研基地党员队伍建设的实践与探索——以江苏省农业科学院为例

Practice and Exploration on Construction of Communist Party Members Team in Agricultural Research Base,Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a Case

文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,对农业科研基地党员队伍的现状进行了分析,阐述了目前加强农业科研基地党员队伍建设的主要做法,即着力在健全党支部的管理体制、创新"流动式"工作机制、采取"多元式"学习教育形式等方面,并提出了探索党员考核机制、创建"1+N"结队党建共建机制等加强农业科研基地党员队伍建设的建议,以期带动基地整体管理队伍的建设,促使党建工作与基地中心工作真正融合,为推进现代农业科研基地快速发展提供政治保障。

Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, the present situation of the communist party members team in the agrieuhural research base was analyzed in the paper, expounds The current main methods to strengthen the construction communist party members team in the agrieuhural research base were expounded, i.e., try to improve the management system and innovate the party branch “flow type” working mechanism, adopt diversify learning and education pattern. Suggestions for strengthening the construction communist party members team were put forward, such as exploring party assessment mechanism, creating a “1＋N” in the party building mechanism and so on, in order to give impetus to the construction of the whole management team of base, integrate the work of party building with center work of base. This provided political guarantee for the rapid development of modern agrieuhural research base.
