兰坪乌骨绵羊及其黑色素的研究进展

Research Progress of Lanping Black-boned Sheep and Pigment

黑色素是粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、矿物质和维生素等传统营养物质以外的新型营养物质,其广泛存在于动物、植物和微生物体内。本文综述了兰坪乌骨绵羊的种质资源特性、生产性能及其体内黑色素的研究进展。

Melanin is a new type of nutrient other than traditional nutrients such as crude protein, microorg of melan crude fat, crude fiber, minerals and vitamins. It is widely found in animals, plants and anisms. In this paper, the germplasm resources, production performance and the progress in in animal tissues of black bone sheep in Lanping were reviewed.
