湖南某铅锌硫锡多金属矿选矿试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 湖南某铅锌矿属于低品位铅锌硫锡多金属共生矿,为了综合利用资源,采用铅优先浮选—锌硫混浮—锌硫分离—磁选—重选联合工艺流程回收该矿中的铅、锌、硫和锡矿物,实验室全流程试验指标:铅精矿含Pb 42. 04%、含Ag 2 721. 0 g/t,Pb回收率83. 82%,Ag回收率76. 58%;锌精矿含Zn 42. 12%、Zn回收率88. 02%;锡精矿含Sn 55. 18%,Sn回收率52. 60%。该工艺为研究同类型矿提供了参考依据。 A Pb-Zn-S-Sn ole in Hunan is a low-grade poly-metallie deposit. In order to utilize the resources comprehensively, systematic experiments were carried out. The lead preferential flotation-zinc sulfur mixed floatingzinc sulfur separation-magnetic separation-gravity separation process is used to recover lead, zinc, sulfur and tin minerals in the ore. The results of locked-circuit test are as follows:lead concentrate of Pb 42.04% , Ag 2 721.0 g/t, with recovery of Pb 83.82% and reeovery of Ag 76.58% ,zinc concentrate of Zn 42. 12% with recovery 88.02% ,tin concentrate of Sn 55.18% with reeovePy 52.60%. The technology provides the referenee basis for studying the same type of ore.
