摘要
本试验旨在建立一种饲料微生态制剂产品中粪肠球菌含量检测方法。采用生化鉴定和聚合酶链式反应(PCR)手段,建立了适用于饲料微生态制剂产品中粪肠球菌的确证方法;针对企业标准中常用的粪肠球菌培养基、肠球菌显色培养基、MRS培养基、哥伦比亚血琼脂4种培养基开展了粪肠球菌分离计数对比试验,最终筛选出粪肠球菌培养基作为检测饲料微生态制剂产品中粪肠球菌含量的计数培养基。该方法准确性高、操作性强、适用性广,能够满足企业生产与市场监督的需求。
The object of this study is to establish a method for detection of enterococcus fae- calis in feed microecological preparation products. In this paper, the method of biochemical identification and polymerase chain react ion(PCR) was used to establish the method of confirma- tion of Enterococcus faecalisin feed microecological preparation products. In view of the enter- prise standard that is commonly used in media, Enterococcus faecalis agar, MRS medium, Columbia blood agar four conducted separation in Enterococcus faecalis count contrast experiment, the fi- nal filter medium in enterococcus faecalisagar as feed probiotics products the count of entero- coccus faeealis content in medium. This method has high accuracy, strong operability and wide ap- plicability, and can meet the needs of enterprise production and market supervision.
