摘要
某规模化蛋鸡场接触1例安卡拉病疑似病例,为进一步确诊和了解鸡群感染情况,进行了临床剖检分析和实验室诊断。产前鸡群病死鸡剖检初步确诊为安卡拉病;病料送实验室进行PCR扩增,在约1 350 bp处出现特异性条带,与所设计引物特异性条带大小相符;同时进行血清琼脂扩散试验,结果表明,场区内各栋舍均有不同比例的阳性鸡只。结合临床剖检确诊为安卡拉病,且场区内各栋均不同程度的感染该病,感染率为100%,发病率平均达2.03%,死亡率大约0.55%,给养殖场造成较大的经济损失。
Abstract: Contacted a suspect, disease of Ankara, visited a large-scale laying hens farm. In order to further diagnose and analyze the infection situation, they did a clinical analysis and a laboratory diagnosis. Through the dead antenatal chicken dissecting, they preliminarily diagnosed as the Ankara disease. The laboratory PCR and Agar-gel Precipitation tests on the epidemic mate- rials were further diagnosed as the Ankara disease, because the DNA fragments consistent with the target, genes were obtained by the primers of the a denovirus I group(FiV-I) and all the houses were found positive chickens with different, proportions. The infection rate was 100%, the inci- dence rate was 2.03% and the mortality rate was about 0.55% which caused great economic loss to the farm.
