摘要
磨粉机磨辊的生产制造与使用维护一直备受面粉加工企业的关注,因其在使用过程中的生产环境限制,使得磨辊产品的信息不能及时获得,面粉生产企业不能最大限度地发挥磨辊的价值。本文对耐高温的抗金属标签在机械产品溯源过程应用的特点进行分析,并与传统的标签进行比较。对磨粉机磨辊产品溯源系统的主要环节及其对标签技术的需求进行分析论证,提出在产品溯源过程中引入抗金属RFID标签发挥产品潜在价值的过程,促进磨辊产品溯源技术的广泛应用。
The manufacture and maintenance of mill rollers have always been the great concern to the flour processing companies. Due to the limitation of the production environment, the information of the roller products cannot be obtained in time, making it impossible for flour producers to maximize their value. This article analyzes the characteristics of the application of high temperature resistant anti-metal labels in the traceability process of mechanical products and compares them with traditional labels. The analysis and demonstration of the main links of the product traceability system of the mill roller and the requirements of the labeling technology, and the process of introducing the anti-metal RFID tag to play the potential value of the product in the traceability process of the product, and promoting the extensive traceability technology of the roller product application.
