高校贫困生资助育人长效机制的探索

Probe into Long-term Effective Mechanism in the Aiding of Impoverished College Students

资助育人是高校立德树人的一项重要内容。目前,高校贫困生资助育人工作仍存在物质资助冷漠化、精神帮扶同质化、能力发展片面化等问题。为提高高校资助育人的实效性,解决资助育人工作中的温度、效度、可持续度问题,需要构建以物质帮助为前提、道德浸润为根本、能力拓展为重心、精神激励为支撑的四位一体高校贫困生资助育人长效机制。

Aiding impoverished students plays an important role in strengthening moral education at colleges. Certain problems as inhospitality in material aiding, homogenization in spiritual aiding and inadequacy in personality development exist currently. To improve the efficiency of aiding at colleges as well as kindness, effectiveness and sustainability, a ＂four-in-one＂ long-term effective mechanism should be applied with material aiding as prerequisite, moral nurturing as basis, personal development as focus, spiritual aiding as support.
